When it comes to living your purpose, do you know you have a lot more to do in the world, but are not quite sure how to get there? How do you move into the fulfillment of your higher place in the world, dropping the doubt and conflict that can get in the way? Maybe you feel stifled, unclear, or just plain stuck.
Did you know there are natural rhythms and cycles that guide the alignment in you needed to build life purpose?
When you tap into these rhythms, you will bring every single fibre of your body and being into alignment with the vision for which you’ve been called.
Unlimit Your Power: You Have More to Give, and to Love
The longing to become more yourself is instinctual.
In each of us is an inherent capacity and desire for life to fill itself with meaning, power, and love, and to move toward greater relationship in the world. But when this natural capacity is blocked, we suffer. You may feel like, despite perhaps having achieved a certain level of success, something is still missing. You may feel stressed, or like you procrastinate, or are working too hard not getting to what you truly want.
Whether you are a mother or father guiding children who are in true need of deeper support, a leader at a company who needs clarity of vision to sort out confusion, or are in a relationship that’s stuck and hurting, it’s often the hidden effects of “slow drip trauma” and stress that disrupt your natural capacities and rhythms, physically and spiritually. Out of sync with internal rhythms, you lose your way to the deeper motivation and inspiration to fully Live Your Purpose.
Restoring your biological and spiritual rhythms is the core driver of support for perhaps the most challenging integration task of all: to no longer override and suppress the innate drive and power you have to live your calling, for the ability to live a more meaningful life, to enjoy higher performance, and to move toward what you love with less struggle.
You Are Meant to Grow: Get Past Adapting, and Get Related
If the same issues remain – same money, same relationship, same stress, same support that’s still missing – you may just be adapting to life, and not even know it. Adapting can look wildly creative, wonderfully stable, even beautifully caring. Our adaptations are protective and therefore, often well hidden.
For instance, cleverness can be such an adaptation. It is useful when you need it, but as a habit, clever is a cover up by the brain for where the body holds fear. Believe it or not, always having an answer can separate you, and hold you back even if it is highly functional. It’s okay to get uncomfortable sometimes, to wait in patience, to do small things that instead draw an interconnected force toward you.
Indulging these kinds of subtle default defenses, like cleverness, is unconscious and silent. This subtle bracing becomes the substitute for the authentic self that is wanting and ready to grow your purpose in a whole new way. Defenses work for awhile. They can keep you floating, swimming, even winning races, but they won’t get you out of the pool and on to new frontier lands. The tricks of the managing mind can keep you from receiving more in life – more energy, more love, more fulfillment.
When you are ready, it’s time to forgo the quick relief of quick fixes in favor of becoming more related, more spontaneous, more vulnerable, more open, and more interconnected in the larger field. Get related and get connected to the bigger vision that is waiting and wanting to happen through you.
You Are a Visionary: Your Life Purpose is Primed in the Field
Look, if you are reading this far, you are a visionary. You may be used to receiving clear signals to know what to do, when to do it and how, whether for your family, work, or with your health. You have developed a unique kind of inner strength to keep moving forward in life.
You get that life does not arise from you, but rather arises through you. Great visionaries utilize their “knowing from the field,” from an undivided wholeness rich with unlimited resources, gifts, power, direction and love. Because you came from this wholeness, your purpose has always been with you, since day one.
Whether you are leading the charge of yourself, or those around you, you are a Change Leader set to make a difference. It’s time to reconnect in a new way with the knowingness of the Life Purpose that is distinctly your note to sing in this life. It lends positive direction to keep life full, bold, and generous, and creates a clear center from which to act – physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
You are the vessel through which the vitality of your purpose wants to happen. If you’ve ever been to the Grand Canyon, you know that there is an awesome color drenched sunrise waiting to be witnessed – at 5AM. Every morning the sunrise is waiting for you. But you have to make the 5AM effort to see it emerge. Your effort unfolds the vision that’s already there, waiting. There is no unfolding of the universe, just your perception of it. You can set up simple, natural conditions for your purpose to come through with greater ease and effectiveness. Open your perception and become a better vessel.
Fuel Your Evolution in 5 Cycles: Supercharge Your Capacity
There are five phases of evolution where nature meets neuroscience that show you the steps to accomplish any purpose in life. Every human, every generation, every culture, anywhere in the world, share these five most basic human dynamic interactions. These are 5 Cycles of Emergence:
The biology and neuroscience behind these five natural laws give you a powerful taproot to multiply your capacity to generate change. If you are stuck or struggling, one of the phases – a potential in you – is missing. We turn to both nature and neuroscience for organization and direction:
- How the Craniosacral System Rhythm expands your intuition, instincts, and raises your sense of clarity and alertness
- Why it’s imperative to integrate the survival brain with the creative mind
- Understand how the 5 Cycles of Arousal of the Autonomic Nervous System regulate your ability to have greater presence
- Why inner and outer conflict is reduced when you integrate the “Somatic Trinity” of the brain and body, and improves decision-making between risk taking now versus planning for the future
- How the fascia of the 4 Body Chambers – Pelvis, Abdomen, Chest, Head – are containers of consciousness that imprint new patterns to amplify the 5 Cycles in You, Purpose, Power, Communication, Belonging and Fulfillment
- Why the 5 Cycles of Elements – Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal – ground your relationships, actions and achievements
But here is what’s most important: the 5 cycles set into motion a complex of rhythms and differentiation that foster your relatedness which brings forward the emergent capacity in you.
This process of distinct relatedness – of ecology – not only reduces the fixed polarization (re: disconnection, separation, survival) that is the source of the conflict and doubt that causes you to adapt, but it inspires a new sequence of dynamic interaction, a new complex, a multi-polar feedback system. New, more complex feedback means new Responsivity, the ability to integrate a range, rhythm, capacity and fullness that finally allows you to do now what seemed impossible before, whether it’s a change in health, business, or relationships.
It is the activation of the 5 Cycles together, as a complex, that makes them so powerful.
You may not realize, but, more often you take turns in these parts of the self (polarize), until you finally have the strength to go deeper, to instead become the underlying thread shared between them – the “Implicit Rhythm” that is the source of our undivided wholeness. The 5 Cycles weave together this invisible thread that gives life, within a sequence and order that gives direction (when we are either aggressive, compete or become passive, we break the thread).
Until we learn emergent transformation through the 5 cycles, we keep compensating and adapting, repeatedly re-creating the wheel, without ever moving to a higher order. Same body, new outfit. We get fooled into feeling renewed, until once again, we find ourselves still in the same place.
Summary: 3 Principles of the Biology of Your Life Purpose
1 Your evolution is contained within the natural sequence of 5 Cycles of Emergence.
When we are in sync with these cycles, we expand. When we are out of sync, we suffer.
2 Precise rhythms in each of the 5 Cycles maximizes your personal – and collective – potential.
A wave pattern in each cycle moves the nerves, organs, and sinews of your body, animating your potential
3 The 5 Cycles unify your biological and spiritual rhythms so you feel more fulfilled, and complete.

The Craniosacral System: Open the Channel Above and Below
The Craniosacral System interconnects the IAM of field energy to the The Medicine of nature in you.
“Natures’s sequence is a direct line to your own intelligence.
It works through the body.
The body is a vehicle for expanded Consciousness.”
– Gloria Gonzalez
Unify Your Inner Strength: Ground Your Body Imprint (BI)
You are a bridge to the invisible – a clearing house, a vessel, for something that wants to happen through you that benefits you, your family, your community, perhaps the world.
How do you become a better vessel?
How do you more effortlessly integrate the 5 Cycles in you?
How do actually use nature and neuroscience to supercharge your capacity?
The answer is in the “Body Imprint.”
What is the Body Imprint? It is the skillful perception and heightened subtle awareness that is applied to body movement and physiology to increase differentiation and direction. Said another way, it is the power of your applied awareness to generate new neural networks, pathways that help you strengthen, grow and relate in novel ways.
It begins with layered listening through the 10-Senses to develop differentiation of your inner body, your interoceptive capacity. This builds Trust. It grounds your psyche. It is a deliberate connection with your 10-Senses Self that cultivates layers of inner trust.
Static in the Body Imprint interrupts subtle awareness, stunting the differentiation that guides ease in decision-making and right action that gives direction. Trauma and stress cause you to lose your connection and direction in the body.
But the static can also free you through its message of healing and need to integrate survival. It can be the thorn that prods you to find a new way, from early life wounds, generational patterns that no longer serve, or less-than-conscious cultural trances. Your body, no longer held hostage to the past, has the ability to free you:
The 5 principles of the Body Imprint:
1 Your inner leadership is activated by the Body Imprint.
Your biology serves as the signaling station to the field, to map your purpose. It is suppression of the body, not allowed to trust the self, or risk appropriately – usually too little, but sometimes too much – that gets in the way. Increase your Body Listening and Body Consciousness.
2 Attention activates. Alignment anchors.
Learn action, not activity. Action comes from alignment. Together they move the gross and survival (the stuck places) AND yet at the same time will not dissociate you from subtlety and expansion.
3 Differentiation expands your capacity for authentic relationship.
Distinction increases relationship and emotional range. Differentiation allows a single cycle to complete, moving each cycle to wholeness.
4 Your self-organizing biology – the cranial, visceral and fascia – connects you to the whole.
5 As you individuate, you find your best place within the whole.
As the Body Imprint grounds the feeling of what you want, you become more self-defined, stable, and stronger.
What proceeds is a distinctive, defined, supercharged clear path with less obstacles and more capacity to take full root, and keep on growing.
- The proclivity to Gestalt a story reflects the need of our nervous system to have a sense of completion, to fill in the blanks. Orienting ourselves within the story helps our survival brain to map potential possibilities and pitfalls, planning for either the brightest outcome, or the best exit plan when needed.
- Our stories are good starting maps, but offer an incomplete view of the territory.
- The cranial, visceral and fascial systems offer complete maps, helping us detect where the blockages may be in the body, which also reflect outward in the form of our emotions, voice tone, bodily gestures, and movements.
- When we turn to the body’s rhythms for answers, we discover that the underlying thread of interconnective intelligence of our biology bypasses the brain’s story, helping us to fill in the inherent gaps needed to get past causal fears and denials, to find a more true connection that brings the greatest gain for all.

SYMPTOMS & Voice
- The symptom gives a voice to the individual.
- The symptom expresses for the individual what he or she cannot – yet.
- Symptoms are outer expressions of a very personal internal environment. They are not meant for mass treatment.
- You are an individual that needs support, not a symptom that needs to be treated.
- Vocalization will activate vibration in all Body Chambers, including the gut, one source of an instinctual voice that needs to be heard.
Inspire Voice and range potential through sequence, rhythm, and fullness – and allow what seemed impossible before.
