TCM Fall Herbal Tea Cough Remedy

Fall
The season of Lung & Large Intestine

Fall is a time of change on both in our bodies and our climate and environment. The air temperature has changed and the sun has made its shift into the coolness of fall and winter.  When the air temperatures changes our lungs and respiratory system feel a greater impact as the body has to shift gears from keeping our bodies cool from the summer months to protecting us from the direct impact of cooler temperatures by warming the body for the winter months.  The lungs and the skin are the first organs to feel the direct impact of the cooler temperature which can create more stress on the body which then gives a direct pathway for the body to become tired and become susceptible to colds, flus and coughs.  Enjoy these TCM herbal tea cough remedies.
